Join the beta¶
TidyShop is in closed testing on Google Play. Google requires a group of testers to use it before it can be released publicly, and every tester who signs up brings that day closer.
How it works¶
- Send the sign-up email. The button above opens a ready-made email. Add the Google account you use on your Android phone — the one signed in to the Play Store — and send it.
- Wait for your confirmation. Testers are added by hand, usually within a day or two. You'll get a reply once your account is on the list.

Opt in on Google Play. Open the testing page on your phone, signed in with that same account, and tap Become a tester:

Install TidyShop from the Play Store link on that page. Updates arrive through the Play Store like any other app.
The testing page says the app isn't available?
That page only works once your account has been added, and only for the exact Google account you sent. If you have several accounts on your phone, switch to the right one in the Play Store first.
What testers are asked to do¶
Just use it. Google counts testers who keep the app installed, so please leave it on your phone for at least a couple of weeks. Found a bug or have an idea? Email it, or open an issue on GitHub.
You can leave the beta at any time from the same testing page.
Your email address¶
It's used only to add you to the testers list and to reply to you. It is never shared, and never added to any mailing list.
